What is your return policy?

Wet Sounds is constantly striving to get our clients the right solution the first time.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event the product you purchased from Wet Sounds is damaged in shipping, fails before the end of the two-year warranty period, or you simply want to return it, give us a call or email warranty@wetsounds.com to get an RMA for return. We can not accept returned items to our facility without an RMA issued, so please follow these steps to get an RMA generated.

 

Wet Sounds has a liberal 30-day return policy - even if the product is open, we will work with you to come up with an amicable resolution. Product should be complete with all packaging and manuals intact to avoid a restock fee. 

The only exception would be special-order or custom items. They may be non-cancelable, non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee. In this situation, they will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Items Damaged During Shipping

Products received directly from Wet Sounds should be inspected upon delivery to ensure there is no damage due to shipping. If products are found to be damaged because of shipping, please notify Wet Sounds immediately at warranty@wetsounds.com upon receipt to begin the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and receive return shipping labels. 

 

Items Received Dead on Arrival (DOA)
