Can I buy directly from you?

What happens once I place my order?
When you complete your payment, you will receive an email advising you that we are processing your order. We will contact you by email or phone in the event that we need further information from you, or if there is a problem with your order. You will be charged when your order is shipped.

What shipping options does Wet Sounds offer?
Ground shipping is FREE for all orders over $25 to the continental United States.
Expedited shipping methods such as 2-Day and Overnight are always available at great rates!
We use trusted companies such as FedEx and UPS to ensure that your order is handled with care and without delay.
Wet Sounds is constantly striving to get our clients the right solution the first time. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event the product you purchased from Wet Sounds is damaged in shipping, fails before the end of the two-year warranty period, or you simply want to return it, give us a call or email firstname.lastname@example.org to get an RMA for return. We can not accept returned items to our facility without an RMA issued, so please follow these steps to get an RMA generated.
Wet Sounds has a liberal 30-day return policy - even if the product is open, we will work with you to come up with an amicable resolution. Product should be complete with all packaging and manuals intact to avoid a restock fee.
The only exception would be special-order or custom items. They may be non-cancelable, non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee. In this situation, they will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Items Damaged During Shipping
Products received directly from Wet Sounds should be inspected upon delivery to ensure there is no damage due to shipping. If products are found to be damaged because of shipping, please notify Wet Sounds immediately at email@example.com upon receipt to begin the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process and receive return shipping labels.
Items Received Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Products Listed as New
A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. This means the product is NEW. This item will come with manufacturers warranty and is eligible for service uplift. This item will come with the manufacturers original packaging but may not be sealed if configuration services were rendered by Wet Sounds.
Products Listed as Certified Refurbished
An item that has been professionally restored to working order by a manufacturer or manufacturer-approved vendor. This means the product has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to meet manufacturer specifications and is in excellent condition. This item will come with manufacturers warranty and is eligible for service uplift. This item will come with the manufacturers original packaging but may not be sealed if configuration services were rendered by Wet Sounds.
Products Listed as Fornida Refurbished
An item that has been restored to working order by Wet Sounds or a third party not approved by the manufacturer. This means the item has been inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition. This item may or may not be in original packaging. This item will come with a 1, 3, or 5-year Wet Sounds warranty.
